Different types of wood, different wood colours – consistent quality
Cat’s Best is a natural product. The raw material of Cat’s Best consists of 100% natural softwood fibres from spruces, firs, pines or Douglas firs.
However, no trees are felled to obtain the natural, renewable plant raw materials. Cat’s Best cat litter is made exclusively made from PEFC-certified secondary wood raw materials from the timber industry, which can be processed and recycled in a resource-saving way.
Why does Cat’s Best not always look the same?
Naturally, wood species differ in terms of wood colour and grain. Their storage and drying also play a role and, in the production of Cat’s Best, the mixing ratio of the woods. All this can change the colour slightly, but has no influence on the quality of Cat’s Best: These are natural colour variations with consistent quality.
